    一、职位目的Purpose of the position
    本岗位设置的目标为实现中农相关产品在中国以外的销售目标。本岗位还应负责公司不同类型产品的销售策略。本岗位为管理岗位,负责开发和领导团队在3-5年内实现快速增长的目标

    This role is to focus on developing the Sino Agri Sal export sales of various products and different market geographically in the world. This role is responsible for sales strategy development and implementation as well as sales target achievement. This role is also to develop and to lead a team to develop the market in order to achieve rapid growth of international sales within 3-5 years.   

    二、工作职责 Accountabilities

    1.开发和领导团队实现公司确定的年度销售目标(营业额和增长率)

    Develop and lead a team to achieve annual sales (revenue, growth rate) target allocated

    2. 管理费用支出,包括促销,差旅等

     Control expenses within budget

    3. 针对不同的市场和产品制定并实施销售战略比如东南亚,非洲,南美,原药,大包装制剂等

    Formulate and implement sales strategies to penetrate into the international markets and various products ie. Technical, drum finish products and Southeast Asia, Africa, South America…

    4. 针对不同的产品和市场制定并实施渠道战略比如分销和直销客户

    Formulate and implement channel strategies in different markets

    5. 制定长远的(3-5年)的销售计划

    Work out mid-long term (3-5 year)  international sales plans

    6. 通过培训和开发的技巧和工具激励团队

    Motivate the team by seeking and implementing practical T&D programs

    7. 使用恰当的技巧制定清晰地KPIs并与下属沟通

    Define clear KPIs for team members and effectively communicate them with each person within the team.

    1.农业化学品的产品知识,剂型,作物知识

    Technical knowledge in technical agrochemicals, formulation and crop protection 

    2.市场知识

    Good understanding of the markets and target segments (marketing knowledge).

    4.预算和费用管理

    Budget planning and management.

    至少五年国际企业销售管理经验和良好的业绩,良好的销售团队管理背景。农药,农业工程,植保等相关专业学士毕业。至少两年农药国际销售或营销的经验。英语流利或西班牙语。

    Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a international business with strong track record of sales strategy management and sales force management. BS and above in any professional discipline. Preferably with MBA degree and/or 2 years international sales, fluent in English or Spanish.
